Store - Front Page

The Store’s front page provides you with an easy and efficient shopping experience where you may find quick access to the items you seek. The Featured Items, New & Notable, and Special Offers sections are provided in the main section, offering instant access to the most notable items.

Search Capabilities

At the top of the left column you will find the search form. It offers the ability to search all product categories, or to narrow the search to an individual product category.

Product Selection Menu

This menu allows you to select the products you wish to view from a multi-level pop-out menu. This will result in a table that lists all the appropriate items. You may select the item name to go to the item’s detailed information page.

On the Item Detail page, you will see a detailed description of the item, along with the price, Customer Rating of the item, and any specially priced bundles of the item.

You may enter the quantity you wish to purchase and add the item to your shopping cart from this page.

My Place

This menu (located at the bottom of the left column) provides quick access to your shopping cart, and to your account information where you may view and edit your personal account information.

Navigation

Navigation Menus

The menus across the top and bottom of the page offer access to the different sections of the store. From this menu, you can switch between the Store Front, My Account, Shopping Cart, Search, and Contact Us screens. The Logout link is also available to end your store session. When leaving the store, you should always end your shopping session by selecting “Logout”. This ensures your shopping session is closed and prevents any other users of your computer from navigating back into the store under your shopping session.

Each page also offers a button at the bottom left corner to take you back to the previously visited page.

These menus will be consistent throughout the store, offering you a smooth and familiar shopping experience.

My Account

User Information

This section lists your account information. You may select the Login name link to edit the information. This information is automatically filled into the check-out form when you purchase items.

Active Quotes

This section provides quick access to any quotes you may have requested. You may act on the quote by selecting the “Quote Title” link within the table.

Recent Orders

Your recent orders are listed here. You may view your previous orders by selecting the order number link.

Shopping Cart

You may view, update quantities, or delete items you have placed in your shopping cart. To do this, select the Edit link to the left of the item. You will be taken to a screen where you may make the modifications.

You will find a button at the bottom right of the shopping cart that allows you to proceed to checkout. This takes you to the checkout screen where you may provide your payment and shipping information. Upon completion, you select the “Click Here to Purchase” button to complete the purchase of the items. You will be provided a purchase confirmation / receipt page that provides your order number and a list of all the items you have purchased. You may print this page if you wish as your receipt. An email receipt will also be sent to the email account specified in your account information.

Advanced Search

This search screen allows you to define you search to a more detailed level.
