Definitions
Basic
By using an amplifier and headset top combination, you can get hands free freedom with any phone. IMPORTANT: Because the M-12 is used in place of the handset cord, you will be required to lift the handset to start a call and replace it when ending a call.
Optimal
This is our recommended solution for a traditional wired headset. Some models are equiped to handle a headset adapter giving an important benefit. You can start and end a call simply by hitting the line button. You do not have to lift the handset.
Wireless
Wireless headsets offer a whole new dimension to your existing phones. They allow you to be untethered from the phone. In addition, models equiped with a "lifter" will lift and replace the handset even when you are not by your phone. The result is that you can begin and end your call from anywhere.
